In support of a cause near and dear, the Women Out & About group has generously donated $200 to Maryborough’s Riding Develops Abilities (RDA).
The funds were raised as part of the group’s International Women’s Day lunch event held on March 8.
According to Women Out & About members Margaret Flowers (left) and Lee Duffin (right), it was important to support RDA and the work it does.
RDA’s Aileen Marshall (centre) also expressed her appreciation.
“This will make a lot of difference because we rely on fundraising and our community, including Women Out & About, is what keeps us going,” she said.
