Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan and Minister for Ageing Ingrid Stitt visited Maryborough's Wattle Rise aged care centre on Wednesday alongside MDHS CEO Nickola Allan and Member for Ripon Martha Haylett. They were greeted by residents such as Kevin Shay (centre).

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan and Member for Ripon Martha Haylettdropped into Maryborough’s Wattle Rise aged care centre on Wednesday to socialise with residents and see the $1.2 million refurbishments at the facility including an expanded dining room, new reception, new visitor spaces and 20 private ensuites.

Minister for Ageing Ingrid Stitt was also in attendance for the tour.
