Do you know an inspiring woman in the Clunes or wider Hepburn Shire community who’s made an outstanding contribution or achievement?
Entries are now open for the Hepburn Shire’s Heather Mutimer Honour Roll, which started in 2005 to pay tribute to the women in the shire whose contributions, courage and examples have led to significant social change for women.
Clunes’ Dr Tess Brady was inducted onto the honour role earlier this year, nominated as driver of the change in the Clunes community and one of the driving forces behind the annual Booktown Festival.
Nomination forms area available on council’s website www.hepburn. vic.gov.au/Residents/Support/Womens-Honour-Roll
Those who need assistance with the nomination process can contact events@hepburn.vic.gov.au or call 5348-2306.
Nominations close on September 25 at 5 pm.
Successful inductees will be announced at an International Women’s Day Civic Function in March next year.
