Maldon toppled Campbells Creek at Bill Woodfull Reserve by 88 points in a one-sided game, retaining the Cole Memorial Cup in the process.

Rhys Ford and Cody Gunn were the main avenues to goal for the Bombers with Ford kicking six and Gunn kicking four.

The Bombers were never really troubled as they kicked four goals in each of the first three quarters while keeping Creek to just four shots on goal for the game, with both their goals coming in the third quarter through Maximilian Stewart.

Seb Greene and Josh Pascoe set up numerous attacks on goal for Maldon and others to play well were Ford, Billy Johns, Gunn and Billy Miller.

Creek named Nicholas O’Brien, Jordan Baker, Stewart, Ryley Mills, Justin Allison and Mitchell Stevens as their better players for the game.
