Police investigate Mount Cameron livestock theft

The Central Goldfields Crime Investigation Unit are investigating the theft of 178 sheep in the Mount Cameron area, over a four-week period from June to July.
Police are seeking assistance from anyone in the area who has noticed anything suspicious, such as out of place trucks or livestock movement.
Witness are urged to contact Crime Stoppers and direct information to Detective Senior Constable Joel Peters.
The theft has prompted police to encourage people to consider security options such as CCTV, and ensure locks, fences and gates are in good repair or upgraded when need be.
If you ever see something suspicious or out of place, report it.
