Remembrance Day 2024
Yesterday at 11 am, residents stopped and reflected on the hardship, bravery and spirit of Australians who have died and suffered while serving their country.
Maryborough RSL sub branch’s Roy ‘Shady’ Lane and Danny McIver were among locals who marked Remembrance Day and the 106th anniversary since peace was brought to the Western Front in the First World War.
