Navarre continued their impressive start to their 2023 campaign, recording their fourth victory with a 20-goal success over Campbells Creek.

It was the third quarter that allowed the Hoppers to leverage a gap between themselves and Creek, and now sit just percentage behind Avoca in the top four race.

Eleven goals apiece in the first term saw both sides deadlocked at the first change, before the Hoppers started to take charge.

They scored 16 goals in the second quarter, with Creek scoring 12, leaving the Hoppers four goals ahead at half time.

Navarre took complete control thereafter, scoring 14 goals in the third term while restricting Campbells Creek to just four goals, increasing their lead to 14 by the last break.

A further 14 goals to eight in the last quarter allowed the Hoppers to win by 20 goals.

Again, the goal circle combination of Darcy Crawford and Erin Chisholm impressed, with Crawford scoring 30 times and Chisholm adding 25.

For Campbells Creek, Lillie Wrigley led the way with 21 goals, while Jordan Bagley scored 12.
